    But how much fiber? The amount of fiber in the sparkle?

    @pyoung You should take 20-25g of fiber a day.  Although, Sparkle Fiber does not have the total amount of fiber you need in a day it should be a supplement to fiber rich foods such as broccoli, avocado, chia seeds, beans, fruits, nuts etc.
