@linds I use the kit and it's been a huge step up in my daily routine/lifestyle. It's amazing to see how all of the products work together...I feel good!

@SophieJacobs I changed my diet since I started having this problem. I eat a lot of veggies, protein and fruit. It’s pretty well balanced and I actually always look out for the carbs cause that’s where candida gets fed on. I’m actually experiencing the symptoms again now and it’s pretty bad. I had to go to the gyno and I literally told her that I needed fluconazole (3 pills with a 3 day gap each). I’m literally taking care of this by myself. No specialist knows what to tell me anymore. I’m really frustrated right now 😔.

@SophieJacobs @linds @nicolemecca If you are having recurrent yeast infections, have your healthcare provider check your blood sugar to make sure you aren’t prediabetic or diabetic. Also, there are many strains of yeast. One strain, Candida glabrata is actually resistant to fluconazole and OTC products. However, it is susceptible to boric acid. You can have your healthcare provider do a vaginal swab to see what type of yeast you have!

Can you take UTI don’t think so for instant relief of UTI symptoms? Or does it take time to start working

@gabsluchetta UTI don't think so won't provide instant relief.  It is used more to prevent UTIs.  Make sure you are drinking lots of water too.  If the problem persists, then make sure your urine is tested to see if you have a UTI.

@nicolemecca I would definitely get tested to see if you are dealing with BV or yeast infection or both.  I would make small changes rather than all at once to see what is and what is not working.  Definitely make sure you are using a pH balance cleanser.  Using the wrong cleanser can eliminate all your good bacteria so that there is an overgrowth of yeast and BV.  Also, use only cotton underwear and eliminate panty liners when not on your period.  Look at the detergent you are using for your underwear too.  That can be a possible source of irritation.  Just a couple of simple changes to make.

@gabsluchetta it works differently with everyone however we typically suggest that you take everyday at the same time for maximum health benefits as it most likely doesn't provide instant relief as The Killer usually does
