Is there such a thing as too much probiotics? I take good girl probiotics daily and sometimes I have yogurt for breakfast. I also just noticed my frozen yogurt has added probiotics.

@taishanyce Probiotics are great for our health and as long as you aren't having any adverse health effects (bloating, diarrhea, etc) it doesn't sound like you are having too many probiotics. Our gut has upwards of 100 trillion bacteria and probiotics can help keep your microbiome balanced. It's great that you're getting probiotics not only from the good girl probiotic supplement but also food sources. Sauerkraut, kimchi and kefir are also a few great sources of natural probiotics!
